Hello, this is Hut Allred, President of New Wave Fitness. A few weeks ago I sent out an e-mail sharing pictures and videos of my 40th birthday celebration in Costa Rica. And as you could see, I had a great time with my friends and family.

But what you didn’t see is the program that I followed to get my body in the best shape that it’s been since I was 22 years old. Over the last few years I have been fortunate enough to be introduced to some world-class gurus in their fields.

And it’s my quest to unlock and figure out how to make my body as efficient, healthy, optimal as it can be over the age of 40. So I’m going to be sharing with you interviews from these world-class gurus that I’m working with to take my health and fitness to a whole other level.

It’s my goal to provide you with world-class knowledge and support on how to be the best you can be in your life, for your family, for the people that you lead, love and respect.

Most of you that are watching this right now are over the age of 40 and we are all dealing with the same issues:

  • Low energy
  • Poor sleep
  • Joint pain
  • Poor concentration

…and the list goes on and on. We spent the last 20-plus years building our businesses, climbing the corporate ladder, and most of us have the resources to experience the best that life can offer.

But there is one damn problem, we don’t feel like we did 20-plus years ago, and we just don’t have the stamina to take advantage of every opportunity we have to create the best life experiences we can.

We are more worried about our health than we are about living life to its fullest. I don’t know about you, but I want to solve this problem and kick life’s roadblocks in the teeth. So we are going to find the answers together.

I want you to know that we can choose the path of optimal health and fitness and not go down the path that most people go down, which the path of sickness. We have all seen that path—watching our parents lose their independence and spend the last years of their life waiting to die.

I’ll be damned if I choose that path. But for us not to do that, we have to have the knowledge and correct strategies to maneuver through our life stresses. To being this journey, I want to start introducing you to the gurus that I’m working with. I’ll be starting my first video email series with my good friend, and now member of the New Wave Fitness team, Dan Garner.

Over the coming months we’re going to be sharing with you videos and health and fitness topics for men and women over the age of 40. Topics like:

  • why you should get blood work, and what specific labs are key to optimal performance
  • how men can naturally improve testosterone levels and even get results with low-T,
  • how women can slap menopause in the face
  • the components that are key to men for optimizing muscle building
  • how women can master their bodies and truly get slim and toned

  • how to eliminate inflammation in the body, which is the root of all disease
  • how to fix your gut health and why it’s called the second brain
  • how to improve your focus, attention span
  • how to improve your energy and sleep
  • why water is so important, and how much you need

That’s just the beginning. We’re going to get into misconceptions, what new research is out there that will debunk what you think is truth. We’ll start to dig really deep into supplementation and start to clear the confusion.

We’ll find the answers to mobility, flexibility, and what you need to prevent or bring yourself back from knee, hip, back and neck pain.

How to find your motivation—really dive into getting clear about your mission, vision, goals and how to manage the projects that will lead you to your best life. Plus, I’m going to be launching some new programs.

Some of you been with me since 2002, when I started New Wave Fitness, and have watched me build a thriving in-home personal training business.

I truly appreciate all of you that we have worked with and all of you that have been on my list, opening and reading our content, I want you to know that I take that relationship seriously.

And I want to bring you the best, most informative health and fitness information out there. I want to keep taking our relationship to the next level, because we don’t have much longer on this planet.

The next 20, 30, 40 years will go by in a flash so let’s get the most out of the time we have on this earth. I’m so excited to be sharing with you what I’ve learned.
