- 6 collard greens, leaves only
- 2 celery stalks
- 2 Asian pears
- 1 cucumber
- 1 lime
- 1/2 cup fresh basil leaves
Wash all produce well.
Peel the lime, put all ingredients through juicer [or in a blender] and enjoy!
