She wanted to lose more body fat and keep getting fit!<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>So she decided to try <a href=\"https:\/\/www.newwavefitness.com\/lbn\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Lab-Based Nutrition<\/a>. See what Lucy&#8217;s results were just from taking a simple blood test:<\/em><\/p>\n<p><iframe src=\"https:\/\/player.vimeo.com\/video\/236869411\" width=\"640\" height=\"360\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><span data-mce-type=\"bookmark\" style=\"display: inline-block; width: 0px; overflow: hidden; line-height: 0;\" class=\"mce_SELRES_start\">\ufeff<\/span><span data-mce-type=\"bookmark\" style=\"display: inline-block; width: 0px; overflow: hidden; line-height: 0;\" class=\"mce_SELRES_start\">\ufeff<\/span><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Hut: This is Hut Allred from <a href=\"http:\/\/www.newwavefitness.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">New Wave Fitness<\/a> and I\u2019m here with Lucy Moore, one of our clients that is currently going through our <a href=\"https:\/\/www.newwavefitness.com\/lbn\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Lab-Based Nutrition<\/a> program and having wonderful success.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Lucy: Before New Wave Fitness, I would basically just go off onto little binges, as you would say. So I\u2019d be good for maybe a week or a month or whatever, and then just go, \u201cEh, I don\u2019t care!\u201d <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Then whenever I ran into you and I was weighed for the first time, I was like, \u201cUhhhhh! Wow.\u201d That freaked me out. So I was looking for options and that\u2019s when I found you.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">I had low energy and I didn\u2019t like the way that I looked, so I was seeking out help and I found Hut\u2019s program, New Wave Fitness, got a lot of results; however I started to plateau and then nothing was changing, period. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">I was really stressed, you know, because I felt like I was doing all the right things, staying away from the foods that I needed to stay away from. And I was going, \u201cWhy am I weighing the same?\u201d <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">It\u2019s like, Okay, well, let\u2019s just go ahead and give it another week and see if it changes. It wasn\u2019t changing enough. It wasn\u2019t doing its job. So I was frustrated and that\u2019s when I talked to you, going, \u201cHelp!? I\u2019ll try anything, just help me.\u201d <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">I wanted strength, I wanted to lose weight and I wanted energy because I couldn&#8217;t keep up with all the stuff that I was required to do.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Hut: Let\u2019s talk about that a little bit. We can tell everybody, what do you do? What\u2019s the business that you are involved with?<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Lucy: I am the owner of <a href=\"http:\/\/darkhourhauntedhouse.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Dark Hour Haunted House<\/a> in Plano. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Hut: This is kind of the perfect time because this is October so if you want to go to a haunted house\u2026<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Lucy: Yes, it\u2019s awesome. Please come!<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Hut: So all those things, you\u2019re seeking the help. Energy wasn\u2019t there, strength wasn\u2019t there, flexibility, all those things that you needed to be able to handle your career and your job, correct?<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Lucy: Right.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Hut: When you started with us, we were at 255 and we implemented our program. We were able to get down to 216 but we were stuck. We followed all the rules, made all the adjustments we could make, but we still couldn\u2019t break through that plateau.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">When I read through MY <a href=\"https:\/\/www.newwavefitness.com\/lbn\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Lab-Based Nutrition<\/a> program, I looked at my stuff and I went, \u201cOh, wow.\u201d And again, that\u2019s stuff that you just don\u2019t know unless you get inside and you figure out what markers are causing some of the symptoms and the problems that we have.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Lucy: Yes, you basically guess but that\u2019s all you really do until you get the results of your blood work. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Hut: Exactly, and the right type of blood work, which is very important. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Lucy: I was a little skeptical, but I was just like, I\u2019ll try anything. I\u2019ve already given up so much and I was used to that. But it was like, \u2018Okay, I\u2019ve already given up everything possible. Go ahead. Please. I\u2019ll try it.\u2019<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Hut: So as a result of going through Lab-Based Nutrition, having a meal plan, a supplement plan, specifically designed for your physiology, we have, in less than 12 weeks, gone from 216 pounds, we just weighed in at 177. You\u2019re averaging a 3-pound weight loss per week, which is awesome.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Lucy: Yes.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Hut: You are no longer a nighttime snacker. You don\u2019t have those cravings in the evening. Your hard training, which is the training that we are incorporating\u2014you\u2019re finally getting results from that. The body-composition results, the energy, the flexibility and the strength that we want. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">You\u2019re now drinking enough water on a daily basis, which has improved your health. We have confirmed the foods you shouldn\u2019t be eating, so the question about what foods you were sensitive to, we\u2019ve been able to answer that. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">That includes all protein shakes that we were implementing on our meal plan you were highly sensitive to.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Lucy: Correct.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Hut: I think that\u2019s a good thing for everybody to know. They may be taking healthy stuff, protein shakes, anything that you think is healthy, which is causing sensitivity, causing inflammation. But you don\u2019t know that unless you do the blood work. You got it. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We have restored the vitamins that were being depleted by your many medications. You now know what to eat late at night to stay on track when your work gets crazy. So when you\u2019re out there working, you know how to stay on track. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Rather than going hours and hours without eating, you know exactly what to eat to keep you getting results, which is awesome. You are no longer overtrained, so your central nervous system isn\u2019t under stress, and you are now reaping the rewards of the workouts that we\u2019re able to implement. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">You have improved your fatty acid balance in your body, you have improved your energy, and you have lowered your blood pressure so it\u2019s now back into the normal range. Now I\u2019m all in and I\u2019m ready to advance to that next level and see how far I can go. Even the allergist will check for, \u2018Okay, well, it looks like you don\u2019t have any allergies to this, or okay, you\u2019re allergic to pollen or to cats or dogs.\u2019 <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">But there\u2019s nothing that I\u2019ve seen until y\u2019all, what specific foods I should be eating. What I should be staying away from. And that\u2019s something that the urine test basically showed, what I\u2019m allergic to.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Hut: We\u2019re not just getting this world-class information; we\u2019re building out a world-class program that will change your life forever.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Lucy: Right. I\u2019m getting a lot of compliments. I\u2019m able to do a lot of things that I need to do. And it feels good. You\u2019ve had to change your whole wardrobe in 12 weeks.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Lucy: Oh yeah. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Hut: In 12 weeks, you\u2019re constantly changing wardrobe. I want everybody to understand, I\u2019m out here doing this case study now because she was the first one to go through our Lab-Based Nutrition program. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We\u2019ve got somebody else going through it right now, but I wanted to come document this now and let everybody see what type of results we\u2019re getting in such a short period of time. But ultimately, we\u2019re not done. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">I\u2019m going to be back out here in the next few months and we\u2019re going to be close to our final objective, which is going to be 130-140. And we\u2019re going to go get it, because we know how to do it now.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Lucy: Yes.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Hut: We\u2019re going to continue working with Lucy.
