I am from Mineral Wells, Texas, which is 50 miles west of Fort Worth. I own Advanced Paving. We\u2019re a full-service paving contractor. We do both asphalt and concrete work. Primarily what I do is city work. The city of Fort Worth is my biggest customer.<\/p>\n<p>It\u2019s a long day. I get here before seven and I don\u2019t leave till about seven. In order to do this five, six days a week, you need some stamina, you need some strength, you need to feel good, and I needed somebody to teach me professionally how to do a workout correctly to get the most out of my time.<\/p>\n<p>From having a broken leg and from having a hip replacement, I did very little to work out my legs. One of the first things that you had your guys do was to get me on some leg exercises. That was very important. I really liked that a lot because as my legs got stronger, my balance got better and my stability got better.<\/p>\n<p>As you get older, the one thing you want to avoid is falls. That\u2019s how you can injure\u2026that\u2019s how I injured my rotator cuff to begin with, was falling. I saw good results into my stability, my balance, and even just walking with a limp and not without a limp. As my legs got stronger, my balance was a lot better.<\/p>\n<p>My objective was more\u2026as to losing weight particularly, was just to lose body fat, to get toned, more toned. Even though I\u2019d been working out with your guys for six months prior to that, I didn\u2019t think I would see the results I did.<\/p>\n<p>When you look at the videos before\u2014from when we first started the program to the end of the program\u2014you can see how much&nbsp; more flexible I\u2019ve gotten. The squats are easier, the push-ups are easier, the sit-ups were easier. You could tell.<\/p>\n<p>I mean, just because I improved each month and my results just got better and better and better. I didn\u2019t really realize I was making that much progress in doing it.<\/p>\n<p>My flexibility &nbsp;is so much better now. I walk around checking on my yard and checking on my vegetable gardens and checking on things. It used to be a pain but now I can\u2019t wait to get up, get out and go check on things.<\/p>\n<p>My goals were pretty simple\u2014to live a long, happy life. You\u2019re not going to live a long, happy life unless you\u2019re healthy. Our health is the most important thing we can invest in. That\u2019s why it was worth it to me to invest in myself, because I feel better than I\u2019ve ever felt.<\/p>\n<p>My waist hasn\u2019t been as thin, my shoulders got bigger, waist got thinner, my chest got bigger, my arms are bigger and I haven\u2019t felt this good in years and years. I think this is going to help me live a long and happy life.<\/p>\n<p>This was based on what I personally&nbsp; needed, versus some cookie-cutter approach that everybody would try. It is the most complete program I\u2019ve ever seen.<\/p>\n<p>I feel better. I\u2019m able to do the things I wasn\u2019t able to do a year ago when I started your program. It\u2019s improved my quality of life exceptionally and that\u2019s what my goal was. I think I\u2019ll be able to maintain this forever. Thank you.
