Craig shows some exercises on a TuffStuff Six-Pak SPT-6X functional home gym that allows the user to go from one movement to the next efficiently and easily:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div class=\"responsive-vid-wrap\"><iframe src=\"\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/uIxNuVoMXy8?rel=0\" width=\"480\" height=\"360\" frameborder=\"0\"><\/iframe><\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p align=\"left\"><strong>Hut Allred<\/strong>:<br \/>\nThis is Hut Allred here with New Wave Fitness, and I\u2019m with the vice president of sales, Craig Lewin from Busy Body, one of our partners here in the DFW area that we use quite a bit for their home equipment for our clients.<\/p>\n<p align=\"left\">We\u2019d like to just talk a little bit about the type of equipment that you could use in your home if you\u2019re looking at investing in equipment that has a small footprint, doesn\u2019t take up a lot of space, but gives you all the functionality to allow you to achieve your goals. Craig, tell me about the equipment we want to highlight this month for our viewers.<\/p>\n<p align=\"left\"><strong>Craig Lewin<\/strong>:<br \/>\nAbsolutely. Obviously there are a couple different gyms we could look at. This one in particular is definitely one of our best because of two main things: Number one, it\u2019s very small &amp; compact, which makes a huge difference. Face it, not everybody\u2019s got the room, right?<\/p>\n<p align=\"left\"><strong>Hut Allred<\/strong>:<br \/>\nYes.<\/p>\n<p align=\"left\"><strong>Craig Lewin<\/strong>:<br \/>\nSo that\u2019s a huge thing. The other things is, it\u2019s got to feel good, it\u2019s got to be smooth. What\u2019s great about this is, every single exercise that you do, you go, \u201cMan, that feels so incredibly fluid,\u201d better than you would feel at a health club. That makes a big difference.<\/p>\n<p align=\"left\"><strong>Hut Allred<\/strong>:<br \/>\nRight. A lot of times people ask, \u201cWhat types of exercises can you do?\u201d What makes this machine so versatile?<\/p>\n<p align=\"left\"><strong>Craig Lewin<\/strong>:<br \/>\nI think the biggest thing first of all, again, you look at it and you can see how compact it is, but just to go through a couple exercises with you real quick, just to show you how easy this is\u2026you can literally sit down on this machine; it\u2019s a functional-trainer type of machine, so you can get in here and do a bench press, a flat bench. You can go to a decline or incline press. You can go all the way up to doing your shoulders, so that makes it really easy for you to do.<\/p>\n<p align=\"left\">You can turn around and do some tricep action right here. Simple. Then what\u2019s great, if you look here, you can take this, you can flip it around, boom, this comes down. And now you\u2019re going to get in here to do a row action, do some curls, some lat pull-downs. You can see how easy it is to go from one exercise to the next. That\u2019s what makes it a very valuable piece.<\/p>\n<p align=\"left\"><strong>Hut Allred<\/strong>:<br \/>\nAbsolutely. That\u2019s the key\u2014how easy it is to get from one movement to the next. There are a lot of machines out there where you\u2019ve got to adjust three different pieces just to do one exercise. That slows down the efficiency of the workout. So if we\u2019re going to invest in a gym, we need to make sure it\u2019s functional, we can move from one exercise to the next, and we can move a pin and be able to do that efficiently and easily, and not have to worry about dropping a weight on our head if somebody\u2019s not there with us.<\/p>\n<p align=\"left\"><strong>Craig Lewin<\/strong>:<br \/>\nExactly.<\/p>\n<p align=\"left\"><strong>Hut Allred<\/strong>:<br \/>\nAll right, well, that\u2019s the TuffStuff SixPak home gym.
