A few weeks ago I sent out an e-mail sharing pictures and videos of <strong>my 40th birthday<\/strong> celebration in Costa Rica. And as you could see, I had a great time with my friends and family.<\/p>\n<p>But what you didn\u2019t see is the program that I followed to get my body in the <strong>best shape that it\u2019s been since I was 22 years old<\/strong>. Over the last few years I have been fortunate enough to be introduced to some world-class gurus in their fields.<\/p>\n<p>And it\u2019s my quest to unlock and figure out <strong>how to make my body as efficient, healthy, optimal as it can be over the age of 40<\/strong>. So I\u2019m going to be sharing with you interviews from these world-class gurus that I\u2019m working with to take my health and fitness to a whole other level.<\/p>\n<p>It\u2019s my goal to provide you with world-class knowledge and support on how to be the best you can be in your life, for your family, for the people that you lead, love and respect.<\/p>\n<p>Most of you that are watching this right now are over the age of 40 and we are all <strong>dealing with the same issues<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Low energy<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Poor sleep<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Joint pain<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Poor concentration <\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&#8230;and the list goes on and on. We spent the last 20-plus years building our businesses, climbing the corporate ladder, and most of us have the resources to experience the best that life can offer.<\/p>\n<p><strong>But there is one damn problem, we don\u2019t feel like we did 20-plus years ago<\/strong>, and we just don\u2019t have the stamina to take advantage of every opportunity we have to create the best life experiences we can.<\/p>\n<p><strong>We are more worried about our health than we are about living life to its fullest.<\/strong> I don\u2019t know about you, but I want to solve this problem and kick life\u2019s roadblocks in the teeth. So we are going to find the answers together.<\/p>\n<p>I want you to know that <strong>we can choose the path of optimal health and fitness<\/strong> and not go down the path that most people go down, which the path of sickness. We have all seen that path\u2014watching our parents lose their independence and spend the last years of their life waiting to die.<\/p>\n<p>I\u2019ll be damned if I choose that path. But for us not to do that, we have to have the knowledge and correct strategies to maneuver through our life stresses. To being this journey, <strong>I want to start introducing you to the gurus that I\u2019m working with<\/strong>. I\u2019ll be starting my first video email series with my good friend, and now member of the New Wave Fitness team, Dan Garner.<\/p>\n<p>Over the coming months we\u2019re going to be sharing with you videos and health and fitness topics for men and women over the age of 40.
