I\u2019ve always worked out all my life. Then you have children and you get busy&#8230;I just kind of put it off through my 50s. I used to play racquetball and tennis. I just got fat.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ian: Were you skeptical about whether or not we could help you?<\/p>\n<p><strong>Barry: I wasn\u2019t skeptical about you; I was just skeptical about myself, whether I could do it or not.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ian: What specific results have you achieved with New Wave Fitness?<\/p>\n<p><strong>Barry: I have improved my physical strength so my body is in better condition. I can see a physical difference. My legs are different, my chest is different, my arms are bigger. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ian: So we\u2019re seeing changes in body composition?<\/p>\n<p><strong>Barry: Yes, it\u2019s changed a lot\u2014that\u2019s good. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ian: What would you say to someone who is on the fence about making a decision to seek professional help from a health and fitness standpoint?<\/p>\n<p><strong>Barry: From a personal standpoint, they give you the regimen and discipline to do this. When you get older especially, you have to have somebody come and if they\u2019re there at the door in the morning, that\u2019s when you\u2019ve got to work out. That\u2019s what it was for me.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ian: Sounds like accountability\u2014having someone here, knocking on your door to make sure you\u2019re getting up and doing this.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Barry: Yes, you can\u2019t wait and say, \u201cOh, I\u2019m going to miss today.\u201d That\u2019s what I do!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Barry (right) with his in-home personal trainer, Jared.
