I have a better understanding of what to do when I go to the gym and I\u2019m not with a personal trainer.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;I\u2019m more conscious about what I eat, how much I eat. I have a better understanding of how protein helps build muscle and how carbohydrates give you energy and all that good stuff.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;The human body is the greatest machine any of us will ever own so it\u2019s really important to start taking care of yourself.
