How are you doing?<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #333300;\">Hut:<\/span><\/strong><br \/>\nGood to see you, man.<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #333300;\">Craig:<\/span><\/strong><br \/>\nGood to see you too.<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #333300;\">Hut:<\/span><\/strong><br \/>\nHow was Memorial Day Weekend?<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #333300;\"><strong>Craig:<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\nAmazing. Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday\u2014great. Worked all weekend, but it\u2019s what we do. We\u2019re in the world of making people healthy, and while all you guys enjoyed your time at the lake, I enjoyed my time in the store, but it was all good. Got to meet some fun people and sell a lot of equipment. It was great.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #333300;\"><strong>Hut:<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\nThat\u2019s great. So the stores did well this weekend?<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #333300;\">Craig:<\/span><\/strong><br \/>\nThe stores did great.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #333300;\"><strong>Hut:<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\nThat\u2019s awesome.<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #333300;\">Craig:<\/span><\/strong><br \/>\nWe had a lot of fun.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #333300;\"><strong>Hut:<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\nThat\u2019s awesome. I like it.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #333300;\"><strong>Craig:<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\nGot to keep getting people healthy! We\u2019re doing it. It\u2019s all good.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #333300;\"><strong>Hut:<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\nWhat do we have in store for our viewers today?<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #333300;\">Craig:<\/span><\/strong><br \/>\nWe\u2019ve been doing a lot of exercise equipment on all of our segments, but this time I decided it would be really cool to show you guys an inversion table, because we sell a ton of inversion tables. It\u2019s amazing how many of our clients and customer say to us, \u201cCraig, if you ever have somebody come in with a back issue, you can have them call me; here\u2019s a referral.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>People who have had surgeries and all sorts of crazy stuff\u2014they get on this thing and it really seems to help them. I\u2019m not saying it\u2019s the answer to everything obviously. I don\u2019t know everybody\u2019s certain situation, but it really seems to alleviate so much pressure on people\u2019s discs.<\/p>\n<p>When you get on it, you can slightly invert your body, and it just gets all the discs spaced out back to where they should be. You end up getting better oxygen flow, better blood flow, alleviating any pressure with the discs where they hit the nerves. All of that gets alleviated, which is fantastic. It\u2019s really cool. It\u2019s a neat piece.<\/p>\n<p>I want to show you how it works. Hut said, \u201cCraig, will you be the one to get on it and not me?\u201d so I\u2019m going to get on it. Mr. Filmer, Tim, there behind the scene, if you could kind of come in here, I want to show people how easy this is.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignleft size-medium wp-image-3848\" src=\"http:\/\/www.personaltrainersindallas.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/06\/teeterhangups-300x226.jpg\" alt=\"teeterhangups\" width=\"300\" height=\"226\" \/>When you take this handle here, all you\u2019ve got to do when you get in is just bring it towards you and it ratchets right in. They make it so simple. To get out of it, you just push down and lift out and you can climb right out. They\u2019ve really made it easy. You\u2019ve got these nice cuffs right here to wrap around your ankles and support you really well. I\u2019m going to bring it down so now I\u2019m totally locked in.<\/p>\n<p>What\u2019s amazing about this brand, Teeter Hang Ups, is that it\u2019s balanced very well, so I can just lay here and go to sleep if I want to, but as soon as I start to put my hands up, you see what\u2019s happening\u2014it\u2019s automatically tilting upside down. You can be just slightly inverted. I don\u2019t have to be completely upside-down to have great benefits from it on my back. If I want to, I can, but I don\u2019t have to be like that. I could be maybe 45 degrees, 30 degrees, just like this.<\/p>\n<p>I could just stay in that position and really feel my back getting elongated, which is great. Then as my arms come up, the machine comes back up by itself. So you don\u2019t have to be out there, freaking out and calling your husband or wife, \u201cI\u2019m stuck!! Get me out of here!\u201d It makes it really easy. I can come back up, it\u2019s easy, I\u2019m able to adjust it, and then when I\u2019m done get out. The recommended time on these things is two to three minutes.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #333300;\"><strong>Hut:<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\nIs that daily?<\/p>\n<p><strong>Craig:<\/strong><br \/>\nTwo to three minutes, you can do it every single day. The amount of benefit you get from that is amazing. If I walk into one of my stores and they don\u2019t have one on the floor, I usually freak out a little bit because I want to get on there and get that little stretch. I\u2019m like, \u201cWhere\u2019s your inversion table? Go build one!\u201d So it\u2019s pretty awesome.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #333300;\"><strong>Hut:<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\nThat\u2019s great. Well, that\u2019s the inversion table. If you want to come swing around in the stores, come on. We\u2019ve got 12 locations in the Dallas \/ Fort Worth Metroplex.
