When you hire an in-home personal trainer from New Wave Fitness, you’ve asked for professional assistance in reaching your health and fitness goals. We love what we do, and we love our clients, but sometimes people can make it hard for us to help them.
It’s when a person starts saying, “I don’t think I need to work out on the days my trainer doesn’t come,” or, “I already know the right foods to eat and supplements to take, so I’m not going to follow the nutrition plan you gave me,” he or she is proclaiming him or herself to be the expert, and isn’t fully committed.
Here’s our advice: Just fall and let us catch you. Our program is tried and true, and has helped hundreds of people over the past 15+ years… but all of the successful people had something in common: They followed the program as written and let their trainers take the lead.
